Your Client User Administrator (CUA) creates and manages your user profile; however, you are able to view and update your own user profile:
- Click My Profile from the My Quick Links section on the Iron Mountain Connect homepage orclick the Profile link located in the upper-right corner of the Iron Mountain Connect homepage.
- Your user profile is displayed.
- Scroll down to view your contact information, account settings and system access. To view your permissions, scroll down.
- Update information as necessary.
- Click the links in theAccountsection to reset your passwordorupdate your security questions.
